I just checked the website, and it appears that I lost a bunch of reviews that I wrote of various prosecco wines.  And that's a great loss because I have had some great ones.  This one is extra dry, which is still sweeter than brut, and has a lovely bouqet of peaches and pears.  The bubbles are fine (very small) in size, and the color is a very pale yellow; just a shad darker than off-white.

This is a great wine.
